We are particularly proud of our juicy, tender meat dishes. The young pork chop, the venison pepper and the entrecote are something for meat lovers. In addition there is our Putzi’s-Fuxä-Spaetzli tongue twister. You should watch him. Every day he freshly prepares the spaetzli dough in the kitchen.
Of course, we also offer wonderful vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Our Lizz, who prepares delicious Asian dishes from the wok, is also unique. You can watch this spectacle of shooting up flames straight away from the terrace.
Matched to our menu, we have the loveliest wine list on the mountain. You will always find a good drop, from the regional Malanser Pinot Noir to French rarities. The drinks list starts with cool mountain water and goes all the way to fuxämule, which is served in chilled copper mugs.
